Spooky Tree

Theme Parks at Halloween

Forget the witching hour, the witching fortnight is coming to theme parks across the UK this autumn. Alton Towers, Chessington World of Adventures and Thorpe Park are really going to town and offering extended opening hours, themed events and some very spooky (but temporary) additions to their already impressive parks.

Thorpe Park's Fright Nights begin on 13th October and run until 2nd November 2008. Halloween Hocus Pocus at Chessington World of Adventures also runs between 13th October and 2nd November and Scarefest, Alton Tower's spooky offering, runs between 17th October and 2nd November 2008.

Each park is offering a different Halloween experience. The mazes of Thorpe Park are reportedly scream-out-loud scary, the little 'un friendly witchy experience of Chessington is perfect for all the family and Alton Towers, with it's crumbling castle and perfect mix of white-knuckle and children's rides, is the ideal choice for couples and families alike.

Don't miss out on these spooktacular Halloween events, book now to avoid disappointment.
